Overview
Direct Line wanted to deliver a self help facility on their website and together with Creative Virtual, a technology partner, KMP produced "Dee" a friendly avatar to accompany the natural language FAQ assistant.
The Result
It was important to Direct Line that their website was user-friendly and easy to use in order to ensure that customers enjoyed a good experience on the website.
KMP together with its associate partner Creative Virtual have created "Dee", the Direct Line virtual assistant to make the website more interactive for customers.
Dee has 6 emotions to assist customers in answering queries online in natural language suggesting similar FAQ's, directing them to pages on the website or supplying suitable links. You can view Dee online by clicking on "Ask us a question" on the bottom of the Direct Line home page.
